Who can use the Rainforest Sauna?
The Rainforest Sauna is available to registered Glacier Nalu guests and tenants only. A signed waiver must be on file before entering the sauna.
Is the Rainforest Sauna open year-round?
Yes! The Rainforest Sauna is open year-round during posted operating hours, although availability is subject to change depending on weather and other conditions.
What are the Rainforest Sauna hours?
The Rainforest Sauna is currently open from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Hours are subject to change.
Is there a minimum age to use the Rainforest Sauna?
Yes. Guests must be at least 14 years old to use the Rainforest Sauna. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Do I need to sign a waiver before using the Rainforest Sauna?
Yes. A signed waiver is required for every person using the sauna and must be on file before entering. Waivers are available at the front office or by scanning the QR code at the sauna.
How many people can use the Rainforest Sauna at one time?
The Rainforest Sauna has a maximum occupancy of six people.
How long should I stay in the sauna?
Sauna sessions should be limited to 15–20 minutes. Stay hydrated and exit the sauna if you feel dizzy or unwell.
